All payments for The Performers Path workshops discussed on this website are to be made in Australian Dollars(AUD). All AUD advertised pricing includes GST. Any programs run by The Performers Path and other Australian based programs are also charged in AUD.

Initiation Day Workshop live Initiation Day Workshop require a non-refundable $5.00 deposit payment to reserve your seat. All participants credit or debit cards will automatically then be charged $39.00 including GST within 24-48 hours after the event.

Should The Performers Path at any time waive the $39.00 workshop fee, then no further money will be charged.

The Initiation Day Workshop tickets are not refundable or transferable.

The Initiation Day Workshop $5 deposit is transferable for those who are unable to attend their original booking date.

No-shows to The Initiation Day Workshop will be charged the $39.00 after the event regardless of the lack of attendance to cover the expenses invested to reserve their seat.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to a live Initiation Day Workshop event for any disruptive, intoxicated, offensive or argumentative attendees. In this case the full workshop amount will be charged to cover the expense invested.

VIP tickets for the post Initiation Day Workshop event cost an additional $28.00 per person. The VIP tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

The initial 30 Day Guarantee applies only to The Initiation Day Workshop in AUD. To claim the initiation Guarantee, purchasers must email within the first 30 days with reasonable reason as to why they require a refund and in order to be eligible for the guarantee request.

If you qualify to receive a complimentary private consultation with Therese Clifford, Teneale Clifford or one of the team members in the first 30 days after purchasing you are to, attend your consult and then request a 30 Day Guarantee. You will be required to pay the $(500 AUD) rate for your consultation with The Performers Path. This amount will be removed from your refund return.

Each refund request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and when genuine value has not been received or isn’t able to be received, refunds will be granted at the discretion of the team.

The Initiation Day Workshop is strictly for 16 years and over. Any child under the age of 18, must be accompanied by an adult and each person is to pay the required $5 fee to reserve their seat, followed by the workshop fee of $39 on completion of the workshop. We have a strict no child policy at all Initiation Day Workshops to ensure professionalism and a quiet working environment for all other attendees. This applies to babies, primary school and high school aged children. If you attend a Initiation Day Workshop with a child, either a baby, primary school aged or high school aged child you will unable to gain access to the Initiation Day Workshop event. Initiation Day Workshop events are strictly adults only.

The Performers Path Program

The Performers Path program payment may be paid in one payment or on a monthly payment plan. The payment will be taken automatically from the nominated credit card on the same date of each month. The Performers Path Program is non-refundable and a commitment to a payment plan is in place until the full payment is successfully completed. The Performers Path Programs are not transferable.

Should you wish to terminate your membership (either annual or monthly payment) prior to paying in full, you will be required to pay the remaining amount in full with no exceptions, along with any administration fees.

Payments made by credit card will be automatically processed on the monthly due date. If the credit card payment is not successful for any reason, attempts to charge will be made in the following days/weeks. If attempts for payment with the card continues to fail, or if a charge-back is claimed by the client or his/her bank, the matter will be handled internally with written notice or transferred to a debt collection agency and reported to VEDA.

Within The Performers Path Program there are other entities such as Tribe, Facebook Group, online consulting and more. Each program is unique and exclusive to The Performers Path.

People signing on for The Performers Path program/s will have the chance to be hand-picked to be involved in The Performers Path in return for membership. Training will be provided and they will have all access to The Performers Path. It is the responsibility of the hand-picked people to embrace and continue with their duties. Not completing duties or not withholding responsibilities will result in payment being taken automatically from the nominated credit card.

Any divisive or un-toward posts or behaviours will be deleted and we reserve all rights to remove offending members from the The Performers Path without refund as a result of divisive comments or actions;

The Performers Path Facebook group is not to be used as a portal for self or business promotion and failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in a written warning or removal from the group. This includes the harvesting of members both publicly and privately to recruit to other communities, products or services;

You are not permitted to copy, print, distribute or promote the content within The Performers Path Portal without prior written approval;

Legal action will be taken against offending parties relating to these terms of The Performers Path.
